How to lose weight

   Fast 2 days in a month by taking just fruits,vegetables and buckwheat(on ekadasi days)

1)Rice Pancake
ingredients:
4 cups of rice
1 cup black lentil(get this from Indian store)
TO DO
1)soak above ingredients for 6 hours
2)grind the above ingredient in a food processor to a batter consistency
3)allow the above mixture to rest for 12 hours to ferment this increase the good bacteria in it.
4)next ,heat the cast iron pan on stove and make dosa using above batter with olive oil

 Ekadasi Fasting food:

Buckwheat Dosa
ingredients:
4 cups of buckwheat
1 cup of urad dhal
TO DO
 1)soak the above ingredient separately for 6 hours.
  2)grind both of them together and allow to ferment for 8 hours
  3)4)next ,heat the cast iron pan on stove and make dosa using above batter with olive oil.
This is a healthy grain with loads of vitamin and mineral and helps you to reduce weight.
